My family LOVES fitness competitions! It is entirely too much fun to watch my dad and brothers try to do all the exercises that we do at drill team practice. Its making me one tough girl and I love it. I love that I can do so many things and feel so great. Last night dad challenged me to a planking contest...yeah, I was breaking in new sparkly heels...but I WON him anyway!!!
And what fun would this post be without some great embarrassing cousin pics?! Here's a couple from our Christmas/New Years party. I can't even put into words how much fun this was and how much I love these guys. **p.s. It's hard to compete against teenage guys but us girls fought the good fight!!
Heck yeah! Gotta love "who's buffer contests" Nothing like combining being healthy and friendly competitions all in one! haha I think I could Syd!
